1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS (excluding weekends and holidays).
Your order will be packed with care and a tracking number will be emailed once fulfilled.
2. Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time. We currently offer standard USPS shipping only, but we aim to process and ship all orders promptly.
3. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there was an error on our end (such as the wrong item, size, or design).
If that happens, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your package at hello@unshakabledrive.com.
4. What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once an order is shipped, Unshakable Drive™ is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Please double-check your shipping address (including apartment or suite numbers) before submitting your order.
5. Can I collaborate with Unshakable Drive™?
Absolutely! We’re open to brand partnerships, product collaborations, and affiliate opportunities that align with our mission.

6. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, no. To ensure fast processing, shipping information cannot be changed once an order is placed. Please verify your address carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Do you sell digital products?
Yes! Our digital products (like affirmation cards and workbooks) are available. Please note that digital files are not delivered instantly. After you place your order, you’ll receive your files via email within 24 hours. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from hello@unshakabledrive.com.
They’re non-refundable and for personal use only.
8. I didn’t receive my digital product. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive your digital download, try these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder — sometimes the email ends up there
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout
- Look for a confirmation email from Unshakable Drive™ with your download link

9. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
However, our digital products are available worldwide.
10. What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for covering the cost to re-ship the order. If you no longer wish to receive the item, all sales remain final per our store policy.
